Shipment processing time
Orders received before 2 pm GMT will be processed and sent out that day. After 2 pm we process the following business day.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Orders destined to Accra or Tema attract a flat rate and are usually delivered on the same day via courier.
We ship all international orders via DHL Express. Rates are weight-based and the minimum allotted weight is 2 pounds. For this reason it is suggested your order weighs at least 2 pounds.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email from DHL containing your tracking number, once your order is processed.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We do not charge sales tax on exports and our products are not dutiable in North America, but they do attract duties in Canada, parts of Europe, and other African States.

Returns & Refunds
